Camera-Ready Paper Submission Instruction
STEP 1
FORMAT
Papers must be formatted according to the instructions in the APSIPA 2022 Paper Kit. (Note Camera-Ready template is not the same as the review manuscript). There is a header (in all pages) and footer (only the first page) in the final manuscript.
Please double-check author names, affiliations, email addresses, and funding acknowledgment on your camera-ready manuscript. The number of pages is 4-10, including references.
**Once the information has been submitted, it cannot be changed.**
STEP 2
Validate by IEEE PDF eXpress
Please visit the IEEE PDF eXpress (not required for papers in the research abstract track) to validate your pdf file before submitting to EDAS.
Visit the site [HERE]. Our Conference ID is 55919X.
If you are a first-time user, you should create an account and enter Conference ID (55919X) with your e-mail address and password. Then you will be asked to provide personal information. If you already have the account, please log in with your credential and put 55919X as the Conference ID.
After you log in, click on Dashboard (on the left menu) and then you can create a new title on the site. IEEE PDF eXpress will convert your PDF file into the appropriate format for submission to IEEExplore. Please submit the successfully converted file to EDAS in Step 3.
STEP 3
Submission at EDAS
– Please download copyright form and complete the copyright transfer agreement for each paper.
– After login to the EDAS, select “My papers” from the drop-down on the top menu bar. Select paper that is accepted from APSIPA ASC 2022.
– Please submit the signed copyright form into the EDAS system at the auxiliary files box.
– Please submit the converted final manuscript before September 20, 2022 at the final manuscript box.

CONFERENCE FORMAT
The conference is planned to be in presence. However, if there are some travel restrictions for some authors at the time, we will allow them to upload their videos/poster (if any) for the oral/poster (if any) presentation. Also, the remote presentation will also be allowed if it is possible for the author’s time zone.
