Q. How do I become a member of APSIPA?
A. To join, please complete the online membership form at https://www.apsipa.org/Register.aspx and process your payment. Once confirmed, you will be issued a unique membership number.
   
Q. How is the membership number structured?
A. Membership numbers consist of a prefix letter indicating your membership type, followed by six digits. The first two digits represent your joining year.

        Example: M090006 identifies a Full Member (M) who joined in 2009 (09) with the sequential ID 0006.
   
Q. What should I do if I forget my membership number?
A. Visit the APSIPA homepage https://www.apsipa.org/ and click the "Login APSIPA" button in the top-right corner. Log in to your profile to view your membership details and ID number.
   
Q. What happens if I stop the membership for some years?
A. If you stop the membership for up to five years, all your information and your membership number will be retained. After five years, all information will be discarded, and a new membership number will be issued upon a new request for membership.
   
Q. Is it true that the membership renewal is free for any registrant in APSIPA conferences?
A. Yes, it is! We have adopted this policy as a startup incentive to help people get to know the APSIPA organization. While this is not yet a permanent policy, it remains valid for the time being.
   
Q. How do APSIPA members benefit when registering for an APSIPA conference?
A. Members typically enjoy significant savings on conference registration fees. First-time attendees must first complete the membership form and pay the initial fee to obtain a membership number; once assigned, they can immediately access the conference discount. In subsequent years, membership renewal is free of charge provided the member continues to attend APSIPA conferences.
