APSIPA is an emerging association to promote broad spectrum of research and education activities in signal and information processing. APSIPA ASC 2022 is the 14th annual conference organized by Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA), which will be held on November 7-10, 2022 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Founded in 2009, APSIPA organization (www.apsipa.org) aims to promote research and education in signal processing, information technology, and communications. The annual conferences have been held previously in Tokyo, Japan (2021), Auckland, New Zealand (2020), Lanzhou, China (2019), Hawaii, USA (2018), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2017), Jeju, Korea (2016), Hong Kong, SAR China (2015), Siem Reap, Cambodia (2014), Kaohsiung, Taiwan (2013), Los Angeles, USA (2012), Xi’ an, China (2011), Singapore (2010), and Sapporo, Japan (2009). APSIPA is interested in all aspects of applications. All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore (IEEE Xplore Catalog Numbers:-CFP2214U-ART (Xplore Compliant), CFP2214U-USB (USB), and Online ISSN:- 2640-0103) and indexed by EI, like all previous years.

CONFERENCE FORMAT
The conference is planned to be in presence. However, if there are some travel restrictions for some authors at the time, we will allow them to upload their videos/poster (if any) for the oral/poster (if any) presentation. Also, the remote presentation will also be allowed if it is possible for the author’s time zone.
For Full paper submission:
– Minimum number of pages is 4 pages
– Maximum number of pages is 10 pages
For Research extended abstract:
– Minimum number of pages is 1 page
– Maximum number of pages is 4 pages
Full Papers (a final version) must be compatible with IEEE Xplore format. Papers that not fit with the format cannot be published in IEEE Xplore. However, The research abstract will not be included in the IEEE Xplore publication.

All programs are located at Empress Convention Center, excluding the Invited Talk (16.45-17.15 , 7 November 2022 ) and Welcome Party (18.30-20.30, 7 November 2022 ) programs located at Imperial Ballroom 2nd Floor (Hotel Building).
There are many domestic air routes from Bangkok and provincial capitals. Two main airports in Bangkok are Don Mueang international Airport and Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Chiang Mai is located in the north of Thailand, which is why it is also known as the “Rose of the North”. It is known for its beautiful ancient temples and the mountainous landscape that provides natural attractions.
Flying from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is the quickest way of getting between the two. Domestic flights depart from both Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) in Bangkok, landing at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). If you want to keep it cheap, low-cost carriers, including Thai AirAsia, Nok Air and Thai Lion Air, fly from Don Mueang. You can also find great deals with Thai Smile, Bangkok Airways, Thai Airways and Thai Vietjet Air, which all fly from Suvarnabhumi Airport.The flight takes around one hour and 15 minutes and there are more than 20 flights every day.
